Yes I’m well awear I’m overweight but that doesn’t stop me from being confident in my own body. Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes and no one should ever be defined by their weight or appearance. I’m currently on a weight loss journey and I think most people assume people loose weight bc they wanna be skinny, but honestly it’s so much more than that. As someone who has been a size xxs in the past, the size of your body does not correlate to your happiness!! In all honesty I’ve been more happy being plus size than when I was skinny!!!! Since starting my weight loss journey I’ve noticed my mood completely change, I’ve been in such a more positive mindset and have had so much more energy. Since fueling my body with nutrients I’ve noticed my both my IBS and endometriosis have been having way less flare ups.
