#ad #ad| My pickup was well overdue for a deep clean... I used the @BISSELLclean Little Green Mini to tackle these 30 year old cloth seats, carpeted floors, and YEARS of mud & stains. It’s compact, easy to use, and actually works to get the stubborn stuff... which is all I really care about! This girl is very happy to sit on some clean seats...and Buck is excited to get them dirty again lol 🔗 Click the link in my bio to shop #BISSELL #BISSELLPartner #LittleGreenMini #FarmTruck #Cleaning #BeforeAndAfter #TruckLife #Satisfying #Farm
Happy BIRTHDAY to @Ag with Emma 🫶 I don’t think there is a better video out there to sum up our friendship… the greatest combo of apples & wheat 😉🥧Enjoy the chaos!! And if you ACTUALLY want the recipe… here ya go (this makes 2 pies) ⬇️ 🥧THE CRUST: • 4 c. flour • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp salt • 1 Tbsp sugar (Mix all together, then…) • 1¾ c. shortening (Cut in shortening, then…) • ½ c. water • 1 beaten egg • 1 Tbsp vinegar (Mix these 3 together, then add all at once) -Split into 4 even sized doughballs. -Refrigerate for 45 min. 🥧THE FILLING: • 10–12 cups peeled, cored, and sliced apples (about 8–10 medium apples; a mix of tart and sweet like Granny Smith & Honeycrisp works great) • 1½ cups granulated sugar • ½ cup brown sugar • ½ cup all-purpose flour • Cinnamon (measure with heart) • ¼ tsp salt • 2 Tbsp lemon juice • 2-4 Tbsp cold butter (add before top crust) Bake at 375° for 50-60 min until crust is golden & filling is bubbling #applepie #baking #friendship #applegirl #agwithemma #apples
Replying to @7up It was NOT long ago that you could only really find cherries where they were grown locally. And if you had them elsewhere, they weren’t in the greatest shape😅 Things have improved drastically! I see my neighbors deal with growing cherries & honestly, they don’t get a decent crop off but 1 in 5 years.🫠 You may have seen me recently post about how helicopters are used to dry cherries after a rainstorm- that is definitely LOWER on the list of things that make cherries a bit more expensive than your average piece of produce… 1️⃣ labor: most tree fruit is picked by hand! We are paying over $19/hr for farm work in Washington… and it is our largest input cost! So when that rises, the cost trickles to the consumer (this doesn’t happen as quick as you think tho) 2️⃣ Heat: cherries are picked during the warmest time of the year! This affects how much our crews are able to work, and how long the fruit lasts 3️⃣ Regional: cherries are not grown commercially in many places. So how big or small California’s crop was, will affect how Washington’s hits the market etc! Along with a BUNCH of other things! But hey, I’m not a cherry farmer so I can’t speak to everything. I DO respect these families & their crews a heck of a lot though 😊🍒 #cherries #far#farmings#washingtone#freshfruiterry
