They are like little cubes of sunshine 🫚🍋🌞 Morning Ginger Lemon Tumeric Cubes - 1 cup fresh ginger, peeled and sliced - 1/4 cup fresh turmeric, peeled and sliced - 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4 - 5 lemons) - 1/4 cup raw honey (I use Manuka) - 1 cup water Instructions: 1. Blend ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, honey, and water until smooth. (You could add all the ingredients to a juicer instead.) 2. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl. 3. In a blender, add coconut water, tart cherry juice, lime juice, mineral salt, and raw honey. Blend until combined. 2. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds. 3. Place the trays in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. 4. Once frozen, transfer the cubes to an airtight container or freezer bag for easy storage. 5. Perfect for hot cocoa season or just by themselves ☕️☁️ Ingredients - 1/2 cup warm water - 3/4 cup gelatin - 1/2 cup water - 1/2 cup maple syrup - Pinch of salt - 1 tsp marshmallow root powder (optional) - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1/4 cup arrowroot powder Instructions 1. In a bowl, add 1/2 cup warm water and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom. 2. In a pot, combine 1/2 cup water, maple syrup, and salt. Heat the mixture until just before boiling. 3. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, slowly add the maple syrup mixture to the bloomed gelatin while whisking. 4. Once fully combined, add marshmallow root and vanilla extract. Continue whisking until it reaches a fluffy, marshmallow consistency (this took me about 15 minutes). 5. Dust a container with arrowroot powder. 6. Pour the marshmallow fluff into the container and smooth the top. Let it set for a few hours or overnight. 7.
