Little bites of magic 🥹🍫 Details - 15 dates - 1/3 cup almond butter - 1 tsp vanilla - 2 tosp coconut oil - pinch of salt - Melted dark chocolate 1. Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes 2. Add dates, almond butter, vanilla, coconut oil, and salt to a food processor. Process until combined. 3. Add mixture to a container and freeze until solid. 4. Cut into bite-size squares. Protein and fiber all day… Bowls like this is how I balanced my hormones and keep them balanced 💕 Details For the Rice - 1 cup rice - 2 cups water - 2 tsp coconut oil - Sea salt, to taste For the Carrot Salad - 2 carrots, ribboned or shaved - A splash of apple cider vinegar - A splash of olive oil - Sea salt, to taste For the Ground Beef - 1 pack ground beef - ½ pack Siete seasoning Instructions 1. In a pot, combine rice, water, coconut oil, and a pinch of sea salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the rice is tender and water is absorbed. 2. In a bowl, toss the ribboned carrots with apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and sea salt. Set aside to marinate while everything else cooks. 3.
