I know that it was cringe and she could have shared less... but does that excuse the very hurtful words that online bashers are saying? I hope that she heals from this. Like I said, hindi po kami close but as a victim of bullying when I was a kid and as a mental health advocate - I wanted to make this video to hopefully humanize her. She was kind to me. Cardinal Tagle is truly a humble man of God. As a kid, I watched his videos in school... not knowing I would get to know him a few years later - and he would somehow (miraculously) become a part of my life. 🙏🏼✝️ He has played a big part in helping me stay faithful to God, simply by knowing him. I am so thankful to Jesus that I got to create this song that morning and perform for him that night when my parents and I had dinner with him right - before he flew to the Vatican upon Pope Francis' request for a new assignment in Rome that would make him stay there for longer. This was right before the pandemic started. There is a possibility that he is the next pope. I hope that people are kind to him... I love this man, as you can tell from the lyrics I wrote. 🥹 He has inspired me greatly because of how He walks with Christ and like Christ, even in the simplest of ways. If he does become pope... We had dinner with Cardinal Tagle the night before he had to fly to the Vatican for a new assignment that Pope Francis called him for. I knew it would be a while until I would see him again... so I wrote him a song. Because he has inspired me so much to stay strong in my walk with Christ. Because I love him. He knows it.
