Have you ever seen a cuter appetizer? 🥰🥄 You only need a puff pastry sheet to make super tasty and fancy spoons ⬇️ 👉INGREDIENTS 2 rolls of puff pastry 1 egg yolk 60ml of milk 250ml of milk 2 tbsp of flour 100g of sugar 70g of butter 👉METHOD 1. In a bowl mix together the egg yolk and the milk. 2. Cut out spoons from puff pastry. 3. Spread dough spoons with egg yolk. 4. Transfer to the baking pan onto the roll of foil. Bake at 190°C (370°F) for 15 minutes. 5. In a small saucepan, mix together milk, flour and sugar, cook on low heat until thickened. Add butter and mix well. 6. Decorate spoons with the cream and strawberries.
