Once I stopped over complicating calories and focused on beating my sugar sugar addiction, my weight loss journey definitely became a lot more easier. if you want to work out just work out for the sake of it but don’t try to overcompensate for the calories you’re burning. Becoming emotionally detached from the journey was actually the best thing I could’ve done. I had way too many emotions attached to my body, how I looked, and my weight loss journey.
