sayur asin (ham choi) easy version 😎🥬 #alexcooks suka greget kalo ke resto chinese ato kalo lg makan nasi campur terus sayur asinnya ga asin 😤 maklum lidah udah kebiasa dimanja sama ham choi homemade mama dari kecil WKWK buat yang takut gagal bikin kimchi, bisa mulai latian bikin ini dulu. porsinya juga bisa banget bikin dikit (literally cuma sebonggol aja pun bisa) jd kalo gagal jg ga nyesek. kalo kalian mau pake air beras, ato ditambah jahe ato lengkuas ato apapun itu, gas aja yaa. ini gue cuma pake air biasa sama garam karena mama gue emang cuma pake itu buat bikin sayur asin dan gitu aja uda cukup enak buat gue! hehe. selamat mencobaa~ Bahan: Sawi pahit Garam Air Cara membuat: 1. Belah dua sawi pahit lalu cuci bersih hingga tidak ada tanah atau ulat. Tiriskan. 2. Garami tiap lembar sawi, lebih difokuskan di bagian batang. 3. Diamkan selama 2-3 jam, dibalik tiap setengah jam (bawah ke atas). 4. Bilas dengan air mentah lalu peras. 5. Bilas lagi dengan air matang. 6. Tata di container lalu tuang air matang hingga sawi terendam penuh. Taruh pemberat bila ada. Tutup dan diamkan di suhu ruang terhindar dari sinar matahari selama 4-7 hari. Bila tidak menggunakan pemberat, balik sawi di paling atas di hari kedua atau ketiga agar warnanya merata. 7. Cek tiap hari jika sayur asin sudah matang/mencapai warna yang bagus. Jika sudah matang, simpan di kulkas. 8. Jika sayur asin kurang asin, tambahkan lagi garam ke air lalu diamkan beberapa hari lagi di kulkas hingga sayur menjadi asin.
