If you saw her in person, you wouldn’t think she had ASD. Over time, I’ve learned to recognise the signs I noticed in Zamira. Being upside down like this is one of her favourite things to do! Her therapist mentioned it could just be a way for her to self-stimulate, maybe it’s the head rush or the way she watches her programs upside down that gives her that sensory input she enjoys 😂🥹
Being patient was one of the biggest things I struggled with. After my first pregnancy, I was able to get back to my pre-pregnancy self within 6 months but the second time around, it took much longer. And that’s okay. Every journey is different, and so is every recovery. Give yourself the time and grace to bounce back, not just physically, but mentally too. You’re doing better than you think @Glow with Sarah
