25lbs difference from Oct 21st 2024 - March 14th 2025. This is around 6 months of hard work, consistency & lifestyle changes. This might only be showing the physical transformation but this journey has truly been mind, body & soul for me ❤️ for anyone who made it this far there’s no special secret to this transformation but I am looking forward to sharing more in the future. trying to post more gym content since y’all have been asking & I finally got together with @Sorcia | Fitness ~ Lifestyle to film some 🥰🤍 I still feel like such a beginner when it comes to lifting on ANY upper body day so it’s nice to go with a friend & learn!
I know that frontal lobe is developing because my whole wardrobe used to be going out tops & now I have nothing appropriate to wear half the time 😭 they are retired!
