Air fryer garlic butter baked Brie Ingredients: - 1 Brie (save basket) - 1 tablespoon melted butter, or oil - 1 minced garlic clove - 1 tablespoon honey - Sprinkle of chili flakes - Fresh thyme Directions 1. Add the garlic butter (or oil) ,, honey, chili flakes and fresh thyme on top of the Brie. Place back in the Brie basket lined with parchment paper. 2. Air fry for 7-8 mins at 350F 3. Carefully remove from air fryer basket when it’s not too hot to handle. Drizzle with more honey if desired and serve with crackers or crusty bread. Enjoy. Note: some bries are softer than others and do not need alot of time to melt. I used a soft kind so yours might need another 1-2 minutes. To bake: preheat the oven to 350F. Place the Brie in a baking dish. Bake for 12-15 mins until it is melted through.

Blueberry Oatmeal Cookies Save my recipe for this Blueberry Oatmeal Cookies 2 cups rolled oats 1 tsp cinnamon 2 ripe bananas 1/4 honey or maple syrup (I used maple syrup) 2/3 cup peanut butter 3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 1- preheat oven to 350F 2- in a bowl, mix in the oats and cinnamon first. Set aside 2- in another bowl, mash 2 bananas, add peanut butter and maple syrup. Mix until well combined 4- pour in the oat mixture. Mix until well combined 5- fold in the blueberries. Mix again. 6- scoop out dough onto a sheet pan. spread evenly. Top with more blueberries if needed 7- bake for 15-17 mins. Allow to cool down completely before serving. Enjoy.

Berries Baked Oats Ingredients 1 cup of fresh or frozen berries 1 ripe banana 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey 1-1/2 cup Milk of choice 2 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp coconut oil 2 cups rolled oats (I used @Oath - the added almonds so good) 2 tbsp ground flax seeds (or 2 eggs) 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp baking powder - Preheat oven to 350F - Add the berries and mashed banana. I lightly mashed the berries but you don’t have to. You can also use frozen - Add chia, coconut oil, vanilla, maple syrup, and milk - Mix to combine . Then add the oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and ground flax seeds (if using eggs add with the berries-wet stuff) - Mix again and top with more berries and shredded coconut (optional) - Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the middle of the dish is set to the touch. Remove from oven and allow it to cool before serving. - My favorite way to serve baked oatmeal is with some milk. But you can serve with vanilla yogurt or maple syrup.
