Salt Crusted Air Fried Pork Belly 🤩 This might just make the crunchiest pork belly you’ve ever had with our solid salt crusting! One things for sure, we haven’t seen bubbles like that on our pork crackle in a long time. Wait until the end! 😱 Written recipe below; - Score the meat side of the pork belly, then season generously with Chinese five spice and Murray River Salt. - Massage the seasoning in to all of the scores with your hands. - Flip over to the rind and poke plenty of tiny holes with a very sharp knife. - Create a tight foil boat with foil then brush the skin with white vinegar - Cover the skin with plenty of salt. - Place in the Air Fryer set to 180C for 30 minutes. - Scrap off all of the salt then lightly brush the skin with neutral oil. - Place back in to the Air Fryer set to 200C for a further 30-45 minutes. - Once the crackle has set remove and allow to rest and harden for 10 minutes. - Slice, serve and enjoy! 🤗 This one is a MUST-TRY when it comes to pork crackle and it’s super simple in the Air Fryer! #cheatmeats #murrayriversalt #salt #porkbelly #airfry #airfryer #crispypork #porkcrackling #pork #porchetta #saltcrusted #bbq #barbecue #meat #airfryerrecipes #roastpork #keto

Low n Slow Beef Shin 🔥 These are a true labour of love when it comes to smoking, but the trusty Weber SmokeFire doesn’t miss a beat. If you’re looking to switch up your next pulled beef cook make sure you try our recipe below; - Trim any excess fat and silver skin from the beef shin. - Apply a layer of hot sauce to all sides for that extra kick. - Hit it heavy with BBQ seasoning on all sides. - Place in the SmokeFire upright set to 125C smoking temp for 5 hours. - Once the bark has set remove and wrap tightly in two layers of heavy duty foil. - Pour a can of your favourite beer in to the top of the shank wrapped in foil and seal. - Place back in the SmokeFire for 4.5 hours. - Once the beef shin has hit an internal temp of 95C (203F) and is probe tender remove. - Allow to rest for 30 minutes if needed or slowly rest in an esky for 2 hours for maximum tenderness. - Gently remove the bone, pull in to nice chunks and enjoy. Crunchy Pork Belly Burnt Ends 😍 First we smoked this for tenderness, then finished it in the oven for maximum crackle factor! Written recipe below ⬇️ - Score the meat in a crisscross pattern without piercing through to the rind. - Apply a light layer of mustard for the binder and massage it in. - Add a generous layer of your favourite pork rub to the meat side. - Place skin side up in the smoker set to roughly 125C for 2 hours. - Once it’s probing tender remove and place into a foil tray. - Poke small holes in the rind, then add a can of your favourite beer. - Heavily salt the rind then place into the oven preheated to 200C for 35-40 min. - Once the crackle has set remove and allow to rest and harden for 15 min. - Flip meat side up onto a chopping board and slice into cubes. - Serve up these delicious melt in your mouth morsels and enjoy. 🤗 #cheatmeats #pork #porkbelly #porkburntends #roastpork #australianpork #meat #roastedpork #porkrecipes #bbq #barbecue #perth #perthfood #perthbbq #lownslow #porco #burntends

Crispy Asian Pork Belly FULL RECIPE 🥡🔥 Everyone’s been asking so let’s run it up again with the full recipe for you to try at home 🥰 Make sure you dry the skin out in the fridge uncovered overnight first for maximum CRUNCH 😉 - To a roasting tray add 1/2 cup Chinese cooking wine, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup orange juice, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 3 star anise, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp grated ginger, 3 garlic cloves and 1 tbsp honey. - Score the pork belly rind then add a light layer of olive oil. - Season the rind with salt and place in to the roasting tray making sure the liquid is below the rind (you don’t want any moisture in the rind). - Place in to a preheated oven set to 200C for roughly 45 mins-1 hour. - Once the crackle has set pour the liquid in to a pan and continue roasting the pork for a further 20-30 minutes. - Set the pan over medium heat and allow to simmer until the sauce has thickened. - Pour into a small sauce bowl and allow to cool. - Remove the pork from the oven and allow to rest on a chopping board. - Slice the pork belly skin side up and serve on a plate. - Drizzle the delicious sticky sauce over the top and serve with rice. Meatball Sub in a Cone 🥩🍦 If you’re looking for an over the top and affordable way to treat your loved ones this Valentine’s Day this is the recipe you need using Harvey Beef Premium Mince 😉⬇️ Firstly prepare the sauce; - Preheat a deep oven safe pan with olive oil. - Add 1 finely diced brown onion, 4 cloves of diced garlic and sweat off on low heat for 10 minutes. - Once the onion and garlic is translucent and soft add 2 jars of quality Italian passata. - Set to a simmer and allow to develop in flavour for 30 mins. Preparing the meatballs; - Add 1kg of Harvey Beef Premium Mince to a mixing bowl. - Season generously with salt and cracked pepper. - Tightly hand roll in to 9-10 large meatballs. Easter Inspo incoming ➡️ Rosemary Butter Prime Rib coated in a seasoned herb butter, then slow roasted in the oven for 2 hours! This is utterly drool-worthy and perfect for the long weekend ahead. Full written recipe below; - Firstly begin by removing any excess hard fat from the outside of the rib roast then french trim the bones. - Season all sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder then loosely cover and allow to temper on the bench for 30 minutes. - Meanwhile prepare the rosemary butter in a small bowl; Combine 4-5 cloves of minced garlic, 1 heaped tbsp of chopped fresh rosemary, 150g softened butter, 2 tsp salt and mix. - Smear the softened herb butter over all sides of the rib roast. - Place the rib roast into a deep roasting tray on top of a bed of chopped carrot, onion and celery. - Place a sprig of fresh rosemary on the roast then place in the oven preheated to 160C. - Allow to roast for roughly 2 hours until the beef has hit an internal temp of 52C at both ends. - Remove and allow to rest on the bench for 20 minutes. - Slice the rib roast on a chopping board and then serve with the pan juices over the top. #cheatmeats #harveybeef #primerib #ribroast #grill #roast #beef #bbq #roastbeef #ribeye #ribeyesteak #meat #steak #butter #steakrecipes #barbecue #carnivore

Steak Cheese Toasties with Chimichurri 🧀🌿 Fresh tangy sauce, grilled Harvey Beef scotch fillet and gooey cheesy bread makes for the ultimate feast! This one’s great for breakfast, lunch or dinner so make sure you give it a try ⬇️ Chimichurri Sauce; - 1 finely chopped shallot - 1 finely diced red chilli - 3 finely diced garlic cloves - 1/2 cup chopped coriander - 1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley - 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil - 1/2 cup red wine vinegar - 2 tsp quality salt Mix together in a bowl and set on the bench for 30 minutes to develop in flavour. Recipe; - Place the scotch fillet steaks on a chopping board and season both sides with salt and pepper. - In another bowl combine 75g cream cheese, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp salt. - Mix together until the spices are combined - Spread a layer of the cream cheese on top of toasted bread and place into a bbq safe tray. - Add a layer of 50:50 grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the top. - Gently place the seasoned steaks on to a barbecue grill set to high. - Slide the tray of cheesy bread next to the steaks. - After 2-3 minutes flip the steaks and then grill for a further 3 minutes. - Remove the steaks and bread from the grill and allow to rest. - Slice the steaks and serve on top of the cheese bread. Hot Chopped Italian Sandwich 🇮🇹🥪 We finally fired up our new @WeberBBQAusNZ 17” Slate and what better way to celebrate than with a hot version of these delicious chopped sangers going around. The extra caramelisation on the grill adds such an amazing depth of flavour that we highly recommend trying! 🤤 Recipe below; - Wash and prepare the vegetables onto a chopping board consisting of lettuce, red onion, capsicum, and tomatoes. - Layer over the top sliced ham, hot salami, and pancetta. - Chop everything up and continue mixing until you have a nice fine texture ready for the Slate. - Season the chopped Italian mix with salt and black pepper. - Preheat the Slate to medium. - Drizzle oil over the grill, then tip the chopped Italian mix straight on top. - Spread the mix over the grill to allow even cooking and keep mixing for 15 minutes until it is nice and caramelised. - Move all of the cooked mix to the side and portion ready for the bread. - Toast sliced white rolls onto the grill and melt provolone cheese over the Italian mix. - Place the basting dome over the top and allow the cheese to melt for a minute. - Place the bread face down over the top of the grilled Italian mix and flip with a spatula. - Remove, close the chopped hot sandwich, and slice in half to serve.
