My journey has been long and a bit of a rollercoaster. However, if it wasn’t for my experiences i wouldn’t be as resilient and realize the inner strength it has taken me to be here today. Mental health isn’t linear, and being on a ship really brings out your personal struggles. However, i’ve had some really amazing experiences and seen so much of the world because of this job. I’m glad i’ve chosen this route. With that being said, i’m def getting out at 10 years. Never ever ever going back to a ship after this. EVER. #usnavy #mentalhealthmatters #miltok #militarylife
