ad My second 10K in the bag and a PB (with a pace that I will not be running again haha) 52.16 and my babies got to see me (swipe for the video of Renaelia when she first sees me and Oriavella shouting mummy when I finished) 😭😭. Now I don’t know who or what I think I am, but I’m running the Barcelona Half Marathon next year with the amazing @runna 😭😭😭 IS THIS EVEN REAL LIFE?! I couldn’t even run 1K 6 months ago and now I’m taking on a half marathon. I’m not the best runner, I don’t want to be. I know my strengths and running isn’t one of them BUT I want to show my children how positive it is to push yourself out of your comfort zone because life is all about doing things that aren’t sometimes our “favourite” things. The reward and the feeling at the end of it when you know you’ve done something you didn’t think you could is incredible. You can inspire yourself, you can do anything you put your mind to and I want my girls and anyone reading this to know that YOU REALLY CAN DO IT. Anyone can be a runner, you don’t have to be the elite. It’s intimidating starting something new sometimes but guess what? You never know until you try!
