Biscoff caramel slice 🤎 #base 250g Biscoff biscuits 100g butter #caramel 1 can condensed milk (375g) 1/4 cup brown sugar 50g butter 2 tbsp Biscoff spread #topping 150g chocolate 2 tbsp Biscoff spread +extra to drizzle on top #method 1. Crush Biscoff biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor (or place in a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin). 2. Mix with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the base of a lined tin and leave in the fridge while you make the caramel. 3. In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, brown sugar, butter and Biscoff spread Stir continuously over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until the mixture thickens. 4. Pour the caramel over the base and smooth it out. Leave in the fridge for 20 minutes before adding the chocolate. 5. Melt the chocolate and Biscoff together in the microwave. Pour over the caramel and spread evenly. Drizzle extra Biscoff spread on top and swirl with knife. 6. Leave in the fridge for 4-5 hours for the caramel and chocolate to set. 7. Easter egg slice 🍫 Ingredients: 250 g scotch finger biscuits 130 g speckled eggs (or mini eggs if you can find them 200 g condensed milk 120 g butter melted 170 g mini egg chocolate block Method: 1. Crush up the biscuits using a food processor. Add them to a bowl with the along with the speckled eggs, condensed milk and butter. Mix until all combined. 2. Line a 24cmx13cm baking tray and add the mixture. 3. Spread the melted chocolate on top and leave in the freezer for 1 hour to set. 4. Once set slice up and store in the fridge.
