I hate to say it, but abs aren’t made in the kitchen, they’re built in the gym and revealed through what you eat! You can’t train your way out of poor nutrition, but you also can’t eat your way to strong, defined muscles without putting in the work. Training builds the strength; nutrition helps bring it to the surface. It’s the combo of both that makes the magic happen , not one or the other. Focus on getting stronger first, and let the kitchen support the work you’re putting in! Focus on nourishing your body with wholesome foods, plenty of protein, enough fiber, proper hydration, and keeping processed foods to a minimum!
My go to iced vanilla matcha latte 🍵🫶🏻 - 2 tsp @nekohama matcha - 70ml ( splash) warm water - 1 cup almond milk ( I like @malk because it has no fillers) - 2 tsp maple syrup - 1 tsp vanilla extract 1.
