YOU CAN ❤️ There are so many of us suffering severely with our mental health and not enough people showing you that you’re not alone, i’m a perfect example of ‘money doesn’t buy you happiest’ and i would give up everything i owned to have a healthy mind, to not have a bad mental health disorder. These past few months have been some of the worst mentally that i’ve ever had, i’ve reached out to the people closest to me for pick me ups, reassurance, and support. Please do the same. It doesn’t make you weak, sometimes the smallest of words can help you just make it through one more day. The stigma around mental illness needs to stop. You could have the most perfect wonderful life and still be suffering. I have the most beautiful supportive wife, 3 gorgeous babies and the most peaceful perfect home, yet i still suffer horrendously from time to time. I’m currently on my way out of a bad episode, that’s taken over 8 weeks to get through, sometimes i have days, sometimes i have weeks, where i don’t want to be here, this ones been a hard one but i can see the end. I’ll try my best to start being more open and honest about my illness, in the hope it can resonate with you & help you through your toughest days too, and just remember, if you are a keyboard warrior typing bad shit about someone through your phone, that there’s a real life person on the other end of it who may not wake up the next morning because of your words.
