These are the BEST sliders ever! No joke, every time I make them they get devoured 😋 This recipe makes 24 sliders. Cut everything in half if you only want 12. - 2lbs ground beef - 24 pack Hawaiian rolls - 2 packets onion soup mix - 1/2 cup mayo - 1.5 cups shredded cheese - 12 slices of cheese - pickles (optional) Brown the ground beef in a pan with the onion soup mix until fully cooked. Drain any leftover fat then set aside to cool. Once the meat is cooled a bit, add in the mayo and shredded cheese. Spray a sheet of foil with non stick spray (so the buns don’t stick) then cut the rolls in half lengthwise. Next add the meat mixture to the bottom half of the rolls and top with the pickles and sliced cheese. Place the top half of the rolls on top, wrap the sliders in foil and bake right on the oven rack - 350° for about 30 minutes. Once baked, add butter to the tops and sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional) 🫶🏼 #sliders #recipes #recipeideas
