Hidden Veggies Dino Chicken Nuggets! 🦖 If your little one isn’t a fan of veggies or you want to sneak in extra nutrients, this recipe is for you. These breaded veggie-packed nuggets are super easy to make and kid-approved! 💕 Ingredients: • 1 lb ground chicken • 1 medium potato, cooked • 1 medium carrot, cooked • 1/2 cup broccoli, cooked • 1 tbsp corn starch • Salt and seasonings to taste • 1 egg, beaten • 1 cup bread crumbs Instructions: In a food processor, blend chicken, veggies, corn starch, salt, and seasonings until smooth. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet, cover, and chill in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Once firm, use cookie cutters to shape nuggets. Dip each nugget in beaten egg, then coat with bread crumbs. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, or air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes. Serve with your favorite dip!
