Gluten-Free Clinkers Slice Make sure to join my Instagram broadcast channel for more recipes!! INGREDIENTS * 2½ packs of any gluten-free biscuit (e.g., cookies and cream and scotch fingers) * 1 can of sweetened condensed milk * 110 g butter * 1 block of Caramilk chocolate * 1½ packs of gluten-free Clinkers (from The GF Lolly Co on Instagram) METHOD 1. Blitz half of the biscuits until they resemble coarse crumbs. Roughly chop the rest and 1 pack of Clinkers and add them to the biscuit crumbs. 2. Melt the butter and condensed milk. Stir continuously until fully combined. 3. Pour the melted butter and condensed milk over the biscuit and Clinkers mixture. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated. 4. Line a slice tin (or similar container) with baking paper. Press the biscuit mixture firmly and evenly into the tin. 5. Melt the Caramilk chocolate (using a microwave or double boiler) and spread it over the biscuit base. Roughly chop the remaining half pack of Clinkers and sprinkle them on top. 6. Refrigerate for about 4 hours or until completely set. Once firm, slice into squares or bars and enjoy! #glutenfree #coeliac #celiac #glutenfreerecipes

Gluten-Free Chocolate Hot Cross Buns I found these in the middle aisles at @aldi.australia, and I think they were $3.99. They definitely have a sponge-like appearance, but once heated, they don't taste or feel that way at all. I actually rate these highly and would buy them again.
