Creamy Pesto Pasta with Burrata! 1. Cook 1/2lb pasta until al dente. 2. Add 2 tbsp of butter & a dash of olive oil to a pan on medium heat. 3. Minced 3 cloves of garlic & add to the pan. Cook until fragrant. 4. Add 3/4 a cup of pesto (check out my stories for my homemade recipe) and mix. 5. Add 1.5 cups of heavy cream and whisk to incorporate. Season with salt, pepper, garlic/ onion powder & paprika. 6. Bring to a simmer again and add 1/2 cup parmesan. Add your cooked pasta and a dash of pasta water and mix until creamy. 7. Top with burrata, parm cheese & enjoy!! #pasta #pesto #fyp

Spinach & Artichoke Dip Pasta!!! Two of my absolute favorite things combined into one super cheesy dish 🤩 RECIPE ⬇️ Cook 1/2lb of pasta until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water. 2. Then, add 3 tbsp of butter and a dash of olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Once the butter has melted, add 1/2 a diced onion. Season with salt and pepper and cook for a few minutes then add 3 cloves of minced garlic. 3. Once the garlic is fragrant, add 2 cups of spinach and 6oz marinated artichokes. Season with salt/ pepper/ onion/ garlic powder and paprika. Mix together and let the spinach cook down. 4. Next, add 1.5 cups of heavy cream. Bring to a simmer then add 3oz cream cheese 5. Mix well then add your cooked pasta, pasta water, 1/2 cup mozzarella and 1 cup Parmesan. Add pasta water as needed until your sauce is creamy. 6.Top with more Parmesan cheese on top and enjoy!! #pasta #spinachartichokdip #fyp

Vodka Sauce Mac & Cheese 😍 RECIPE ⬇️ 1. Cook 1/2 lb pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before straining. 2. Add 4 tbsp of butter and a dash of olive oil to a pan on medium heat. When melted, add 3 cloves of minced garlic and cook until fragrant. 4. Next, add 3 tbsp of tomato paste & mix. Cook until it turns a dark red then add 1 shot of vodka. 5. Cook the alcohol off for a few minutes then add 1.5 cups of heavy cream. Mix and bring to a simmer.Season with salt, pepper, onion/ garlic powder. 7. Add 1 cup cheddar, 3/4 cup mozzarella and 1/2 cup parmesan with a handful of fresh basil. 8. Mix then add your cooked pasta and pasta water as needed. Let it all cook together for a few mins then top with more parm and enjoy :) #pasta #macncheese #vodkasauce

Lobster Mac & Cheese 😍 the perfect pick me up on this Mac & Cheese Monday 🦞 RECIPE ⬇️ 1. Cook 1/2 lb pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water. 2. Add 1lb of cooked lobster meat to a pan on medium heat and toss with 4 tbsp of butter until well coated. 3. Remove from the pan and add 2 tbsp of butter and 2 cloves minced garlic. 4. Cook until fragrant and add 1.5 cups of heavy cream. 5. Bring to a simmer, then turn down the heat and season with salt & pepper. 6. Add cooked pasta, 1 cup of cheddar, 1 cup of mozz , 3/4 cup of Parmesan & a dash of pasta water. 7. Let cook together for a few minutes then add your cooked lobster. Fried Chicken Mac & Cheese! RECIPE ⬇️ 1. First, cook 1/2 lb of pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water. 2. Then, cut 1 large chicken breast (or two smaller ones) into bite sized pieces. Coat each piece of chicken in flour (seasoned with salt, pepper, onion/ garlic powder and paprika) then dunk it in a scrambled egg mixture and then cover with breadcrumbs. 3. Heat up a sauce pan of veggie oil. Add your chicken pieces in batches and cook until crispy. Remove the chicken from the oil and put it on a paper towel to soak up any excess oil. Season with salt. 4. Next, add 4 tbsp of butter to a pan on medium heat. Once it’s melted, add 3 cloves of minced garlic. Cook until fragrant then add 1.5 cups of heavy cream. Mix well then season with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic/ onion powder. 5. Bring to a simmer then add 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup of parm and a few cubes of velveeta. Whisk together until a creamy sauce forms. 6. Then, add your cooked pasta, crispy chicken and a dash of pasta water. Mix it together then top with more chicken, parm and parsley. Enjoy!! #macncheese #friedchicken #fyp

This recipe is one of the ZEST! 🍋It’s cheesy, bright and a little tangy. It makes for the perfect spring pasta! RECIPE ⬇️ 1. Cook 1/2 lb of pasta in salted water until al dente. I got mine from @lafabbricadellapastadigragnano 2. Add 3 tbsp of butter, a dash of olive oil & 3 cloves minced garlic to a pan on medium heat. 3. When the garlic is fragrant, deglaze the pan with 1/4 cup white wine. Then, add 1.5 cups of heavy cream and bring to a simmer. 4. Season with 1 tsp of salt, pepper, onion/ garlic powder, parsley & chili flakes. Add the juice of one lemon. 5. Add 1/2 cup Parm, 1/2 cup of mozz, your cooked pasta and a dash of pasta water 6. Mix until creamy. Top with more parm & lemon juice. Enjoy!! #pasta #lemonpasta #fyp

Season two chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion/ garlic powder, basil & paprika. 3. Then, add olive oil to a pan on medium heat then add your chicken. Cover and cook on both sides until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and add 6 tbsp of butter. 4. Next, add 3 cloves of minced garlic and cook for a few minutes until fragrant. Then add 1.5 cups of heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and season with the same prior seasonings. 5. Then add your cooked pasta, 2 tbsp of softened, cream cheese, 1 cup of Parmesan & a dash of pasta water. Mix all together.
