High Protein Series: Mac & cheese but make it high protein, perfect for meal preps too! Recipe for 4 servings: 200g elbow pasta 350g chicken breast fillet 50g mozzarella cheese 1 cup low fat milk 100g feta or cottage cheese (im using feta) Chicken seasoning: Salt Pepper Paprika Cajun (optional) 1 to 1 and a half tbsp olive oil Dried thyme (optional) Dried oregano (optional) Cut chicken into cubes Season and let sit for 30 minutes Airfry for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees Boil pasta and once halfway cooked around 4 minutes in, add in milk and feta cheese, add more paprika for color and flavor, salt and pepper to taste Wait until most of the liquid has evaporated and the sauce has thickened then add mozzarella and cooked chicken Serving: 3 to 4
