Sometimes the reality of driving on your own for long journeys takes a toll. This is the reality of some lorry drivers. I do a lot of thinking behind the wheel. What I can do better? What can I do to not disappoint people. We are all human beings and sometimes behind that smile could be someone whose actually hurting. So before you type anything to anyone. Make sure it’s not going to hurt their feelings. Because 9 times out of 10 if someone said that to you you would be hurt. This is not a cry for help, this is a reality check that sometimes behind the smile is a tear 💧

I am truely sorry for what happened today. I feel terrible and I feel like I’ve let everyone down 😢
