Biscoff Christmas Crack: 1 sleeve @Biscoff cookies 8 oz butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste 1 teaspoon salt 3/4 bag semi sweet chocolate chips Flakey salt to finish -lay the biscoff cookies on to a parchment lined baking tray then set aside. -melt the butter and brown sugar together and boil for 3 minutes then add the salt and vanilla. Pour over cookies ans spread evenly. -bake at 375* for 8 minutes then allow to cool a bit. -turn off the oven, pour the chcooclate chips on top and place the ceack back into the oven to melt for 2 minutes. -spread the chocolate evenly then sprinkle with flakey salt.
