This hands down is one of the nicest meals I've ever made 😍 464 cals | 31g protein | serves 3 - 300g chicken, diced - 1/2 onion, chopped - 1 cup mushrooms, sliced - 1 spring onion , chopped - 2 tbsp soy sauce - 1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter (plain or chunky) -2tsp sweetener - 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar - 1 tsp sesame oil - 2 tbsp water - Squeeze of lime juice - 150g of egg noodles 1. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, vinegar, chilli and sweetener 2. Cook your noodles according to package instructions or until chewy to your liking. 3. In a pan, cook the sliced chicken until it's no longer pink, then add the sliced onions and mushrooms and cook until they're tender. 4. Drain the noodles from the water and immediately add them to the pan. Mix well to coat the noodles evenly. One-Pot Lazy Lasagna Recipe Serves 3 | 40g protein | 460 cals Ingredients: - 1 clove Garlic - 2 tbsp Tomato paste - 100 g Tomato Passata Napolina - 1 teaspoon Oregano - 1 tsp all purpose seasoning, Ground Spices - 1 tsp Basil, dried -1 tsp Italian seasoning - 0.5 cup Ricotta -1 beef stock cube - 60 g Light Tasty Slices Woolworths - 1 medium Courgette - 1 large Carrot - 2 medium Tomato - 300 g Extra lean beef mince - 1 whole Onion - 3 Lasagna sheets Method: 1. Chop the vegetables and set aside. 2. In a large pot or deep skillet, cook the extra lean beef mince over medium heat until browned. Break it up as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat if necessary. 3. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pot. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent. Then, add the vegetables, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes. 4. Stir in the tomato paste, tomato passata, tomatoes, stock cube, 1/2 cup water and seasoning. Mix well to combine all ingredients. Let simmer for 10 minutes 5. Break some lasagna sheets into smaller pieces and stir them into the mixture, ensuring they are well coated in the sauce. Then, place a few whole lasagna sheets on top of the mixture. 6. Cover the pot and cook on medium heat for about 7 minutes, allowing the lasagna sheets on top to soften. 7. After 7 minutes, remove the lid and dollop the ricotta and Light Tasty Slices until melted and well combined. 8. But if you keep pushing through and refuse to give up, those urges will start to vanish, and you’ll find your sense of control. The only way that you can fail at this is if you give up..
