I love learning new skills for cosplay and building the Skull Crusher from DOOM: The Dark Ages was a perfect opportunity to get into motors. We used a 6V toy motor to create the moving parts and built a MDF wooden core around the whole construction. I actually had some issues with the motor, but after replacing the blades with a lighter version, everything works super smooth! Fallout 76 finally allows you to tame cute pets and even play as a Ghoul with the newest update! 🤠 To celebrate the release and get my corgi Zelda ready for the wasteland, I created a new set of armor for her! It’s obviously inspired by the legendary companion Dogmeat! Thanks so much to Bethesda for sponsoring this project! Season 20 allows you to turn into a Ghoul once you hit level 50! This makes you immune to radioactivity and gives you plenty of new Ghoul perks and abilities! You’ll can also fully customize your ghoulish look! The Skull Crusher from DOOM: The Dark Ages is done SOON! We added four flappies at the front and attached them with 3D printed shafts and magnets. In addition, Benni 3D printed me some larger and smaller skulls which were partly filled with LEDs! I used here mostly products from @adafruit and I absolutely love how the lights turned out. And the skulls even got names! Daisy, Wilson and Poor Bob! Do you have a name for the last skull? Our next project will be the Skull Crusher from DOOM: The Dark Ages! 😱 This insane weapon literally turns demons skulls into lethal projectiles! Here is a little BTS of our Xal'atath photoshoot from @World of Warcraft ! We did everything in our own little studio and Benni did an outstanding job on the photos and editing to bring her to life! 😁 Our equipment was a Canon R5 and the Canon RF 50mm F1.2, which is always a breeze to work with!
