This might be the best one yet, another really tasty pasta salad to add to your rotation, Greek style with slow cooked lamb, cucumbers, red onion, tzatziki, roasted red peppers, olives and topped with herbs, feta and oregano Ingredients: - 500g farfalle pasta - 2 cups tzatziki - 1 cup diced cucumber - 1 cup sliced red onion - 1/2 cup roasted red peppers - 1/2 cup Kalamata olives - 2-4 cups lamb shoulder - Crumbled feta, dill and mint to taste - Salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil to taste Method: - For the lamb I use @Meliz Cooks recipe, works perfectly every time. - Cook the lamb in advance, once it is resting cook your pasta 1 minute below packet instructions. Shred the lamb while the pasta is cooking. - Add pasta to a bowl and mix with olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano - Combine ingredients in a bowl and top with more lamb, dill, mint and feta. #pasta #Recipe #salad #cooking

This Caesar Salad Pasta is everything you love about a classic Caesar—with a creamy Caeser dressing, crispy chicken, garlic parm croutons, bacon and perfectly cooked farfalle pasta. Easy, quick, and perfect for lunch or dinner! Recipe below 🥗 🍝: Crispy chicken: - 2 chicken breasts - sliced lengthways and pounded flat - 2 eggs - 2tsp smoked paprika - 2 tsp garlic powder - Salt/pepper to taste - 2 cups panko breadcrumbs - 1 cup sesame seeds - 1 tbsp oregano Method: - Whisk eggs and add smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt/pepper. Combine breadcrumbs with sesame seeds and oregano. Dip chicken in egg, then breadcrumb and press in well. Shallow fry in olive oil and butter. Let it rest on a wire rack and cut into cubes Salad: - 500g farfalle pasta - 2-3 cups Caeser dressing (I use the @Marzia | Little Spice Jar ✨ recipe) - 4 cups romaine lettuce, washed and dried - 6-8 bacon rashers, diced - Dill/parsley to taste - Parm to taste - Handful of garlic parm croutons (cut bread into cubes, coat with olive oil, parm, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Air fry until golden). - Salt, pepper, oregano to taste Combine pasta, dressing, lettuce, bacon, dill/parsley, salt, pepper, oregano. Replying to @Tals Pasta salad is better without mayo, this one is caprese inspired with creste di gallo pasta, cherry tomatoes, fresh bocconcini balls, hot salami, crispy prosciutto, basil, rocket and a bunch of other delicious things, dressed with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Dijon mustard is another banger. Ingredients: - 500g pasta of choice - 1 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced into quarters and salted for 15 mins) - 1 cup bocconcini balls - 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar - 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil - 1 cup salami - 1/2 cup prosciutto - 1 cup basil sliced - 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes - 1/4 cup green olives - 2 cups rocket - Parm, toasted pistachios, Calabrian chilli, honey, oregano, salt and pepper to taste - Note: Besides the pasta, these are estimates, use as much or as little of each ingredient as you like depending on your taste 🧡 Method: - Dice and salt cherry tomatoes and set aside. Slice rocket, basil, sun dried tomatoes, salami and olives, set aside. - Boil water for pasta and cook 1 min below packet instructions. Taste it first though, sometimes the instructions are a little under the time needed. Drain and set aside. - Place pasta in bowl and mix in cherry tomatoes, olives, rocket, sun dried tomatoes, salami and bocconcini, mix well. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil, oregano and Dijon mustard, toss well to combine. - Garnish with parm, toasted pistachios, basil, honey, Calabrian chilli #pasta #salad #Recipe #cooking

Perfect for meal prep, high protein, super budget friendly and incredibly crispy spicy tuna pasta salad, all you need to do is boil the pasta, cook the corn, mix the dressing and chop the other ingredients and you’re done! Ingredients: - Spicy tuna - Charred corn - Cucumbers - Pickled onions - Coriander - Lettuce - Dill - Spring onion - Spicy mayo dressing - Pasta - Crispy shallots - Chilli crisp - Edamame Method: - Make spicy mayo dressing by combining 1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 cup, 1/4 cup sriracha, 1/4 cup sweet chill sauce and 2tbsp soy sauce (season with salt/pepper). - Combine some of your mayo with 2 large cans of tuna and mix well. - Chop all raw ingredients and brown the corn in a pan with some oil. - Mix all ingredients together and top with crispy shallots, spring onion, coriander, edamame and chilli crisp. #pasta #salad #Recipe #cooking
