If your arms are a weak point (like mine have always been) then having a day for them directly will be more effective than throwing in some accessory work. More importantly you should enjoy your routine than just blindly following a routine based on the fact that your favourite bodybuilder does it. I don’t just do these exercises btw, sometimes I’ll switch it up and add in preacher curls, rope curls etc. at the end of the day a curl is a curl, doesn’t really matter too much lol just get stronger at whatever curl variation instead of aiming for a pump every time - probably the key take away #gym #biceps #fyp
