Ingredients: - 250g heart shaped rigatoni - 2 tbsp olive oil - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 tbsp tomato paste - 1 tsp chili flakes - 1/2 cup heavy cream - 1/2 cup parmesan, grated - Salt and pepper, to taste Instructions: 1. Cook pasta according to package directions. 2. Meanwhile heat olive oil on medium and add garlic, tomato paste and chilli flakes. Stir until fragrant (about 2 mins). 3. Add cream and parmesan. Heat until the sauce is thick. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Add in cooked pasta and stir to combine. 5. Serve with more chili flakes and Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
