Adventure travel and fitness blogs: Most people don’t take control of their life. They just renew the lease on a life they don’t even like. A year ago, I ripped up the contract. Quit my job. Left London. And set out to see what life could be if I actually lived it. Since then, I’ve crossed war zones, trekked through jungles, trained in brutal gyms, and realized that ‘finding yourself’ is just another way of saying ‘finally doing the things you’ve been avoiding for years.’ Reclaiming your life isn’t about selling your stuff and becoming a Nomad (though, solid choice). It’s about refusing to settle. About making decisions that future you won’t cringe at. If you’ve been waiting for a sign, this is it. Stop watching. Start moving. Or just hit follow. Baby steps

Men’s mental health is still hugely under represented and not taken seriously enough, but we’re getting there. Some of the toughest blokes I know talk openly about MH stuff and that should be the eye opener we all need. No heroes when it comes to suffering in silence
