📍Let’s Grill Hot Pot | Edmonton We have our own version of Big Way! 🥘 The concept is build your own hot pot. Pick up a bowl, choose your ingredients, weigh the bowl, and then choose a broth or dry mix. The restaurant will cook it for you. Pricing depends on the weight of the ingredients ($3.99/100g) + broth/mix. My friend and I each paid $10.37 for ours which was less than we expected. I was a bit overwhelmed by the selection and could’ve filled up my bowl with more. Most of the broth choices are spicy so I went with tomato soup because it has no spice. The soup was quite flavourful. The ingredients were the same quality as to what you’d get at other hot pot places. There’s appetizers that you can order for an additional charge. The restaurant is on the smaller side so some of the tables are communal. I went right at opening but it did fill up quite quickly. #hotpot #yegfood #yeg #edmontonfood #edmonton #edmontontiktok
