Marry Me Chicken Pasta Ingredients * 4 skin on chicken thighs * Salt and pepper to taste * 2 tbsp olive oil * 2 tbsp unsalted butter * 1 small onion(minced) * 4 cloves garlic(minced) * 3 tbsp tomato paste * 2 tbsp gochujang * 1/4 cup white wine * 1 cup chicken stock * 1+1/4 cup heavy cream * 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes with oil(chopped) * 1 tbsp gochugaru * 1 tsp oregano * Zest of 1 lemon+1 tbsptbsp lemon juice * 5 basil leaves(thinly sliced) * 3/4 lbs pasta * 1/4 cup pasta water * 1/2 cup parmesano reggiano(grated) Instructions 1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides. Add the chicken to a cold pan and turn the heat to medium high. Once the chicken skin is golden brown(10-15 minutes), flip it over to cook for a minute on the other side. 2. Remove the chicken and in the same pan add olive oil and butter to saute onions and garlic for a few minutes until translucent. 3. Add tomato paste and gochujang and cook for a few minutes until it turns a deep red color. 4. Deglaze with white wine and once the alcohol has mostly evaporated, go in with chicken stock. 5. Bring to a simmer before adding in heavy cream then add sun-dried tomatoes, gochugaru, oregano, lemon zest and juice, and basil. 6. Once the sauce has thickened, season with salt and pepper and add back the chicken thighs skin side up with the heat turned to low. 7. While thats simmering, boil your favorite pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. 8. Remove the chicken thighs and add the pasta pouring in pasta water as necessary. 9. My favourite kitchen hack on Tiktok … The Piranha Spiral tool creates a decorative food spiral garnish. Suitable for vegetables such as cucumber, potatoes, courgettes and carrots. Just screw into the centre of the top of the vegetable and place your finger into the hole in the handle. Turn the cutter in a clockwise direction and it will create a spiral, continue until you have created the desired length of spiral. Create fabulous spiral decorations with cucumbers for Salads and Buffets. Spiral Potatoes and put them on a skewer then cook them in your oven or air fryer. Just insert the V shaped end into your chosen fruit or vegetable and repeat all the way around the centre until it meets up. AIR FRYER LASAGNE 😍 If you fancy a quick and hassle free lasagne you NEED to make this air-fryer version. The key is using fresh pasta sheets. They cook so much quicker than dried meaning your tasty lasagne is ready in under 25 mins, with only two pots to wash! Serves 4 🇮🇹Start by making a simple bolognese mix in a large saucepan (we used 750g pork and beef mince) 🍝Add two serving spoons of the mix to your air-fryer, removing the grill 🇮🇹Cover with fresh lasagne sheets (fresh cook so much quicker than dried) 🍝Now add a serving spoon of bechamel sauce 🇮🇹Repeat x4 (or more, depending on how many layers you’d like) 🍝Build your top layer with lasagne sheets, bechamel and a good handful of cheese (we used mozzarella) 🇮🇹Sprinkle over 2 tsp each of basil and oregano and cook @ 150C for 20 - 25 mins 🍝Serve with fresh salad and garlic bread, bellissimo! #airfryerrecipes #airfryer #EasyRecipes #ukfoodie #british #lasagne #recipevideos

Cheeseburger Rice is an easy one pan meal that can be made in less than 30 minutes for under $10! INGREDIENTS 1 lb of ground beef 1 tsp each of paprika, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper 1 chopped onion 1 1/2 cups of beef broth 1 cup long grain white rice, rinsed 8 oz can of tomato sauce 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 1/2 cups of shredded Colby Jack cheese INSTRUCTIONS Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown 1 lb of ground beef with chopped onion. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, garlic powder and onion powder. Once the beef is browned, drain any extra grease if needed. Add the minced garlic and stir. Next, add the rinsed uncooked rice, beef broth, and tomato sauce to the skillet. Stir everything together well. Bring to a quick boil and turn heat down to low. Cover with a lid and cook for about 15 minutes stirring once or twice to keep the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Once the rice is cooked add about 1 cup of cheese and stir. Top with a little bit more cheese and let sit on the stove until the cheese melts or put it in the oven under broil for just a couple of minutes. Top with dried parsley. Enjoy! CALDO DE QUESO! 🤤 Ingredientes: 2 chiles poblanos 3 tomates cortados en cubitos pequeños 1/4 de cebolla blanca finamente picada 1 cdita. Ajo picado Del Monte 1/2 taza puré de tomate Del Monte 1 litro de agua o caldo de pollo 1 lata papa cocida en cubos Del Monte 1 lata elote dorado en granos Del Monte 300-400 gr. de queso oreado 250 gr. Queso panela o de rancho en cubos 1 cda. consomé vegetal Sal y pimienta al gusto 125 gr. media crema procedimiento: Comienza guisando el tomate con la cebolla, ajo en polvo, sal y pimienta. Cuando comience a suavizar agrega el puré de tomate y tapa un par de minutos hasta que quede bien cocido. Incorpora el agua y el consomé, mezcla y cuando esté a punto de hervir añade la papa cocida, los elotitos y las rajas. Tapa y cuando hierva apaga el fuego. Añade la media crema y el queso en cubitos. Recipe; Ingredients 2 lbs Ground beef 1 tablespoon Ontario butter 1 large white Onion diced 3 cloves Garlic minced 1 cup Ontario Milk 1 cup Breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon All-purpose seasoning 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce ¼ cup Ketchup 2 teaspoons Chili flakes 2 eggs 1 tablespoon Salt 2 teaspoons black Pepper Glaze ½ cup Brown sugar ¾ cup Ketchup 1 tablespoon Onion powder 1 tablespoon Garlic powder ¼ cup White vinegar Using a whisk mix all ingredients together until fully combined and smooth. Method; In a medium sized sauté pan add one tablespoon of butter and sweat your onions and garlic until fully cooked. Approximately 3 minutes. Set aside and allow to cool to room temperature. In a small bowl combine breadcrumbs and milk and mix together. In a large bowl add your ground beef, eggs, breadcrumb milk mixture, cooked garlic and onions as well as all other ingredients listed. Mix well until fully combined. In a 8x4 loaf pan, add your meat evenly and make sure it’s packed down. Place loaf pan on a oven tray and bake the meatloaf on the middle rack in a preheated oven of 350f for 45 minutes Once initial bake is done, pour glaze over meatloaf and continue to cook for another 15-20 minutes. Cheesy Chicken Taco Mac is an easy one pan dinner! INGREDIENTS 1 lb of chicken breast, cut into cubes 1 tbsp oil 1 onion, chopped 1/2 tsp salt and pepper 2 tsp chili powder 1 tsp each of cumin and dried cilantro 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth 2 1/2 cups of elbow macaroni 10 oz can of Rotel (not drained) 8 oz can tomato sauce 1 tbsp minced garlic 2 cups of shredded Colby Jack cheese 1/2 cup of milk Fresh cilantro INSTRUCTIONS Heat a large skillet over medium-heat. Add 1 tbsp of oil, the chicken, and a chopped onion. Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, and dried cilantro. Once the chicken is pretty much cooked through, add the minced garlic, elbow macaroni, chicken broth, Rotel, and a can of tomato sauce. Stir everything together well and bring to a quick boil. Once you see bubbles, turn the heat down to medium low. Cover with a lid and cook for about 12 minutes or until the pasta is cooked. Stir at least once about half way through to keep the pasta from sticking to the skillet. Finally, add the shredded cheese and milk, stir, and let sit until the cheese is melted. One-pot Mushroom and Bacon rigatoni This was very tasty!! The roasted mushrooms and bacon are a perfect combination for the cream sauce. This comes together in about 25 minutes but tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen. Recipe, Ingredients 2 pints Mushrooms - portobello and button 2 cups diced Bacon 1 large white Onions 3 cloves Garlic 2 cups Heavy cream 1 cup Chicken broth 1 bunch Chives 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon Salt 2 teaspoons black Pepper 1/2 Lemon juiced Method, In your large Dutch pot. Start by cooking your rigatoni pasta to the correct doneness based on the packaging instructions. Once cooked strain and set aside. In the same pot Pat dry with paper towel place on medium heat and add your bacon. Allow this too fully cook and then remove from the pot and set aside. Add your sliced onion and let that cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring constantly. Next Add garlic and your sliced mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and cook this down for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally. once cooked add your bacon back to the pot. Add your cream and broth and bring to a simmer. Once sauce begins to thicken 3-4 minutes. Turn heat off, add your Parmesan, chives, parsley and lemon juice. Finish by adding your cooked pasta and serve immediately! Prepare the Potatoes: Cut the potatoes into six pieces and place them in a pot of water. Add a generous amount of salt and boil until the potatoes are soft and easily pierced with a fork, about 15 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. 2. INGREDIENTS 1 lb ground beef 1 diced onion 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper 1 tsp each of onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce 1 TBSP minced garlic (2) 8 oz cans of tomato sauce 15 oz can of diced tomatoes 2 bay leaves 1 1/2 cups of beef broth 2 cups of elbow macaroni shredded cheddar cheese INSTRUCTIONS Brown ground beef and a diced onion in a skillet over medium heat and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Drain grease from meat once it is browned. Add minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Add two cans of tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and elbow macaroni. Stir well, add the two bay leaves, and let it start to bubble. Turn heat down to medium low and cover with a lid. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until pasta is cooked and liquid has reduced. INGREDIENTS 5 small/medium potatoes olive oil + salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (for potatoes) 1 lb ground beef 1/2 tsp salt and pepper 1/4 tsp cayenne 2 tsp chili powder 1 tsp each of cumin, paprika, and dried cilantro 1 tbsp minced garlic Shredded cheddar cheese 1 1/2 cups white Queso Sour cream Cilantro INSTRUCTIONS Peel, wash potatoes, and cut up into cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (I don’t use exact measurements for this part). Cook potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes shaking them around at least a couple times while they cook. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any extra grease. Season with salt, cayenne, chili powder, cumin, paprika, dried cilantro, and black pepper. Add minced garlic and stir well. Once the potatoes and ground beef are cooked combine them together in the skillet and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Put the skillet in the oven at 400 degrees F to melt the cheese. Pour warmed up Queso over them. Top with sour cream and cilantro.
