If your main goal is fat loss then you need to be implementing this into your weekly routine…👏🏼 A lot of people immediately believe that in order to lose body fat you need to be working out as intensely as you possibly with can with doing things like HIIT workouts. Although that style of training is also amazing & helps improves our cardiovascular health whilst being able to burn a lot of calories in a short period of time it primarily uses carbohydrates for fuel due to short, intense bursts of activity followed by rest. It improves the ability to perform high-intensity efforts repeatedly. HOWEVER, steady state zone 2 cardio helps burn fat efficiently during the workout and helps build a strong aerobic base, which improves metabolism over time. MANGO AND COCONUT CHIA SEED PUDDING My last chia seed pudding recipe got 5 million views 🤯 This combo is one of my favourites and it’s perfect for summer! It’s packed with flavour and loaded with protein and healthy fats to help keep you full and satisfied until your next meal. What you’ll need:
(Per serve) • 30g chia seeds • 180g high protein yogurt • 100ml coconut milk • 100g fresh mango • 5g desiccated coconut • 1 squeezed lime Method: 1. Blend together mango and lime juice until smooth. 2. In a medium-sized bowl or jar, combine the chia seeds, high-protein yogurt, coconut milk and mango mix. Stir thoroughly to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. 3. Sprinkle with a generous amount of desiccated coconut. 4. Cover the bowl or jar and place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. This allows the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken into a pudding-like consistency. 5. Six months ago, I didn’t have abs at all. Now, they’re visible even when I’m not in a cutting phase. Here’s exactly how I built them ⬇️ 1️⃣ The workout Just so you know, if you only lose fat without training your abs properly, you won’t get the definition you see here. Sure, compound exercises engage your core, but they won’t give you that sculpted look (unless you are VERY blessed genetically) Some people don’t necessarily want a six-pack but just some ab lines and definition. Even for that, you need to train your abs consistently. You can’t just rely on compound lifts! The routine I follow has been highly effective for building visible abs while avoiding the “skinny fat” look paired with a great diet. 2️⃣ The diet : Fat Loss Is a Different Topic Let’s be clear: this routine won’t make you lose fat. I just had a before where I happened to be overweight. But the point of the video is just to show the muscle I built not the fat I lost. If you have a very high body fat percentage, your abs won’t be visible no matter how much you train them. To lose belly fat, you need a calorie deficit, that’s the only way to reduce overall body fat. But if you combine a calorie deficit with this ab routine, you’ll build muscle definition and avoid looking “flat” after losing weight. Which is a game changer ! High protein and low calorie McChicken 295 cals per burger | 43g protein | Serves 4 Ingredients - 400g lean ground chicken - 1 tbsp mustard - 1 tsp paprika - 1 tsp cayenne (optional, if sensitive to spice) - 2 tsp garlic powder - 2 tsp onion powder - Salt and pepper to taste - 1/2 cup corn flakes - blended - Low-calorie high protein burger buns (better buns) - 1 tbsp light mayo per burger - Lettuce for serving Instructions 1. In a bowl, mix the lean ground chicken with half of all the spices (mustard, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper). 2. Form the mixture into 4 patties. 3. Mix the remaining spices with the cornflake mixture 3. Coat each patty in the cornflake mixture. 4. Place the patties in an air fryer and spray lightly with cooking spray. 5.
